CA International Defence and Private Security Inc., private security services; X IŞIK Strategic Consultancy Ltd. Şti. represents strategic consulting activities. In group structure, the areas of expertise are evaluated within their own responsibilities.
Strategic management
Founder Kemal Işık is involved in the structure that determines the strategic direction of the group and its corporate management approach. Finance, law, risk, internal audit and quality functions provide corporate control and decision support.
Operational coordination
General coordination supports operation, human resources, administrative affairs, procurement, business development, and the functioning of information technologies. It is based on the planned conduct of communication between field needs and central management.
Regional field organization
Marmara-based structure; coordinated with project and operation needs in other geographical regions. Task definitions, reporting flow, and control processes are organized according to the scope of the project.
