Factory and Industrial Facility Safety Guide
Factory safety is a wider operation than the control of the entrance door. Staff shift, shelters and visitors, are and shipping movements, goods entry-out, production areas, warehouses, critical technical areas and emergency processes should be addressed in the same safety plan.
How to plan factory security?
The facility environment, staff entrances, shift shifts, visitors and the flow of the reservoir, the t-sevkiyat doors, warehouses, critical production points and emergency scenarios should be evaluated together.
Can goods entry and exit security be assessed under private security?
EGM considers the duties as part of its protection and security service, especially in industrial areas, such as keeping records of goods entry and exit, preventing loss of property, and ensuring property security.
How should truck and shipment security be managed?
Vehicle verification, driver/visitor process, loading point, waiting area, authorized delivery and output confirmation must be managed by a traceable procedure.
Are factory safety and occupational health and safety the same thing?
Oh, no. With physical security, OHS is different management areas; however, coordination is required at points such as emergency, access, hazardous areas, evacuation and routing of external response teams. The ÇSGB states that it is an employer's obligation to conduct risk assessments at workplaces under 6331.
How should workplace cameras be planned?
The KVKK emphasizes the clear determination of purpose in camera use in workplaces, data minimization, moderation, and consideration of the expectation of privacy. Cameras should not be placed in private areas such as toilets, dressing room, mosque and rest area.
How does night-shift security differ?
Low staff density, dark environment, open storage and shipping areas, stand-alone work points and technical failure risk should also be assessed in the patrol and communications plan.
Should the security plan be updated with production changes?
A new line, warehouse, entrance, shift or loading layout may change security risks. Therefore, the physical safety plan should be re-evaluated along with facility changes.
